Mr. Quintin was most recently Senior Account Manager at GSA following a four-year period at Gallagher in London. His  insurance career spans over 15 years and is supported by ANZIIF and CII qualifications along with Lloyd’s of London membership.

Gallagher has had a presence in Tasmania for over 20 years with offices in Hobart and Launceston servicing the needs of local businesses across a wide range of client segments and insurance classes. Mr. Quintin’s appointment brings significant insurance leadership, international experience and client servicing expertise to complement the established team in the Hobart branch.

Andrew Godden, Chief Executive of Gallagher in Australia said, “Dan Quintin is exactly the kind of quality talent we want to attract to help bring our global strength and national capability into local markets where we have a long-standing community presence like Hobart. He’s always got the clients’ interest at heart and has an exceptional ability to find the right solutions across a wide  range of client types and industries. I have no doubt he’ll do exceptionally well, and both our Hobart team and clients will see the benefits of Dan’s skills very quickly.”

Mr.  Quintin  says, “I’m excited to be re-joining the Gallagher family in Hobart, along with being closer to my own family in the area. I see a world  of opportunity ahead for us to provide the best possible insurance advice  and solutions to our clients given the tremendous resources in the organisation. I’m looking forward to working with the team, meeting our clients and growing our business.”

Mr. Quintin commences in Gallagher's Hobart branch on the 16th October. Following the acquisitions of OAMP's, Parmia, Blue and Instrat in the past 18 months, Gallagher continues to seek out high quality insurance professionals, teams and businesses to join the group in Australia that now has over 800 employees working across 30 branches servicing over 120,000 clients from micro SME to large corporates.
